Helping young people to discover who they are, what the future may hold for them and how to develop the mental toughness to achieve their dreams.

Strengths Based Parenting Course

A 6 week programme for parents of children or teenagers.  Firstly, we focus on building your well-being. Then you will learn how to notice and build your own and your children's strengths.

Well-being Coaching for School Leaders and Teachers. 

Well-being coaching can be delivered 1 to 1 or in groups.  

1 to 1 Positive Psychology Coaching for young people, parents and families

1 to 1 or family Positive Psychology Coaching.

Well-being, Mindfulness and Strengths Workshop For New Parents.

This workshop is all about you as an expectant or new parent.  It's about maximising your own well-being to enable you to be the parent you want to be.
