Some families and young people may prefer to learn about positive psychology and coaching on a 1 to 1 basis.
In a personal 1 to 1 context, it is normally the coachee who leads the content of the discussion. It is my job to ask challenging questions, reflect back and use other positive psychology tools and interventions to help the coachee move closer towards a goal or a greater sense of well-being.
This is an opportunity for you to really work on and hone your goals. You may like to follow the group program (details here), but in a more personal way. Or you may choose to focus on finding solutions to a specific problem.
